Kyle Enright

President, Lending

Kyle Enright believes trust is the foundation of any lending business, and he has spent his career building products that earn it. As president of lending at Achieve, Kyle leads the company’s personal loan and home lending business, helping everyday people access credit responsibly and move toward a stronger financial future. He oversees lending strategy across the organization, with a focus on delivering transparent products, predictable payments and experiences designed around how consumers want to borrow and manage debt today.

He brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of finance and technology. His career has taken him from investment banking and asset management to developing new products at some of the world’s largest technology companies and leading both startups and established financial businesses. That breadth of experience shapes his approach to modern lending, where responsible credit access, thoughtful innovation and consumer trust must work together.

Leading lending at Achieve

Kyle joined Freedom Financial Network in late 2017 as president of mortgage lending and today serves as president of lending at Achieve, where his responsibilities span both personal loans and home lending. Under his leadership, the lending business has focused on pairing responsible access to credit with the data and technology that make better lending decisions possible. He has also helped shape lending products built around transparency and predictability, including fixed payments, structured repayment terms and clear payoff timelines that give borrowers greater visibility into their financial commitments.

Several recent milestones reflect that approach.

  • In May 2025, the Achieve Personal Loans platform became one of the first personal loan programs to use FICO Score 10 T, which draws on trended credit data to provide a more complete view of a borrower’s credit behavior and support more informed underwriting decisions.

  • In December 2025, Achieve integrated Pagaya’s AI-powered underwriting technology to responsibly expand personal loan access to more consumers. The partnership combines Pagaya’s technology with Achieve’s consumer finance experience, data and personalized support to identify qualified borrowers who may not be fully served by traditional credit models.

  • In 2026, Achieve lowered its best available personal loan APR to 6.25%, expanding access to more affordable fixed-rate personal loans for qualified borrowers.

  • Achieve increased its maximum HELOC amount to $500,000 and lowered its best available HELOC APR to 5.875%, giving qualified homeowners greater flexibility to access their home equity at a competitive fixed rate.

Experience before Achieve

Kyle began his career as a financial analyst in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard Frères. He later served as chief operating officer at an asset management firm with roughly $300 million in assets under management, an experience that gave him early exposure to investing, risk management and consumers’ financial needs. He then moved into technology, leading product marketing and new business development at Intel.

From 2008 to 2012, Kyle held roles at Google, including serving on the early founding team of Google Wallet, now Google Pay. The experience gave him firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges involved in introducing transformative financial technology that depends on adoption by consumers, merchants and established financial institutions. He went on to lead payments and financial technology initiatives at First Data Corporation and spent five years as an investor in public technology and media companies.

Before joining Achieve, he was Chief Strategy Officer at Sindeo, a venture-backed mortgage startup, where he focused on creating a more consumer-centered mortgage experience. His career across banking, investing, technology, payments and mortgage lending gives him a broad perspective on how financial products move from an idea to widespread adoption.

Education

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, where he captained the varsity water polo team. He also earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. His experience as a collegiate athlete and team captain helped shape the collaborative, disciplined leadership style he later brought to financial services and technology.

Perspective on lending and fintech

Kyle has often said that with thousands of providers in the market, real differentiation in banking and financial services requires a sustainable vision, and that trust is foundational to any lending business. Drawing on his experience launching financial products at Google and elsewhere, he has outlined five principles for success in modern finance:

  • Be trustworthy — do what you say you will do, consistently

  • Have a vision — know where you are headed and why

  • Excel at strategic execution — turn that vision into results

  • Persevere through adversity — stay the course when conditions get hard

  • Embrace innovation — keep adapting as the market changes
