Achieve Chief Information Officer Mark Tonnesen Named 2024 Arizona ORBIE Award Finalist
CIO of leading digital personal finance company recognized in the enterprise category
SAN MATEO, Calif., May 7, 2024 – Mark Tonnesen, chief information officer of Achieve, the leader in digital personal finance, has been named a finalist of the 2024 Arizona ORBIE Awards, the premier technology executive recognition program in Arizona.
“At a time when so many Americans are struggling with debt, we’re continuously innovating to better equip our teammates with the technology and resources necessary to serve our members and operate with the highest standards of security and dependability. Through the work of our entire team, including our many technologists, we’re able to make that happen,” said Tonnesen. “I’m appreciative of this prestigious recognition among so many of my brilliant peers.”
The ORBIE Awards is the premier technology executive recognition program in the United States. Since its inception in 1998, over 700 technology leaders have received the prestigious ORBIE Award, which honors C-suite technology executives who have demonstrated excellence in leadership. Finalists and winners are selected by an independent peer-review process, led by prior ORBIE recipients, based upon leadership and management effectiveness; business value created by technology innovation; and engagement in industry and community endeavors.
“On behalf of Achieve, I’m thrilled to congratulate Mark on this well-deserved recognition,” said Achieve Co-Founder and Co-CEO Brad Stroh. “His dedication to innovation and successful leadership of our technology team are integral to our ability to help everyday people – at scale – overcome financial challenges and get on the path to a brighter future.”
