Ajit Marathe named Senior Vice President of Finance at Achieve

Finance leader will support Achieve’s vision of helping more people get out of debt and on the path to a brighter financial future

SAN MATEO, Calif., June 24, 2024 Achieve, the leader in digital personal finance, announced today that Ajit Marathe has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance leading the Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and Real Estate groups and driving the overall financial strategy for the growing organization.

Marathe brings over two decades of diverse finance experience spanning roles at Google, Goldman Sachs, Discover, BMO, HSBC and Oportun. Most recently, Marathe spent four years at Google as Head of Finance across Ads, GTM and Global Affairs. Prior to that, as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, he led the finance team that helped build out Marcus consumer deposits, personal lending and the Apple credit card. His leadership across FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational effectiveness will add significant value as the organization continues to grow.
